I am thrilled to be the subject of an Artist's Profile on the Wheaton Arts Blog. They also recorded a lovely video of me at the torch, and it is a great tutorial on a glass bead with copper inclusions.

October 14-17 - Vitrigraph Cane and Box Casting!! 

This class will explore vitrigraph kilns and how to pull simple patterned cane. The cane and other fun components will be used to cast glass boxes created in pre-manufactured molds. We will make liberal use of the studio's sandblasting and the class includes instruction in vitrigraph, casting, and sandblasting. Glass information overload.
